How to Use
- Shake to blend before use.
- After applying and curing CND™ SHELLAC™ Base Coat, apply a thin layer of your chosen color and cure under the CND™ UV Lamp for 2 minutes.
- Apply a thin layer of CND™ SHELLAC™ Matte Top Coat over your color, making sure to cover all nails evenly.
- Cure for 2 minutes under the CND™ UV Lamp.
- Wipe off any excess residue with a lint-free wipe.
