At Jessica Nail & Beauty Supply, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every professional beauty purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, items in original, unopened condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, as health and safety regulations prohibit the return of used beauty supplies.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Carefully pack the items to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
